is NOT what I wanted to eat for lunch but what I was forced to eat. We have no food in the house & I was not about to take the 2 of them to the grocery store after the morning that I had. "No, you can't!" Chase screamed as I struggled to put on his shoes when it was time to leave the children's museum. "Chase, we have to go home." "No, mommy, I can't!" he screamed as he kicked his legs & threw his arms all around. I was holding Ellison the whole time during this struggle & at one point she was hit with a flying arm or two & was not very happy. All of this was after Chase decided to have a messy diaper right when we got to the museum. So what could I do? I resolved that my only option was to give Ellison to a complete stranger who worked there while I went to the bathroom to change Chase. Oh, & we were only there for about one hour. Whew.. what a morning!
PS: This was the comment my sister made to me about Chase's haircut... "Well, at least his face is cute..."
And another funny for you...
I left some valentine's at my friend LindsEy's house & she wrote to tell me that she had done me a "favor"...
From LindsEy: "So I went ahead and wrote Chase's Valentine's for his class for you. "Hey keller - nice shoes! ha! better luck next time..." "Dearest Cade - next time I'm going to take my blue hand weapon to your nose!" "Katie - Sorry about the sand in your eyes...."
absolutely hilarious, LindsEy!
